Positive Psychology- In Europe

In Europe, positive psychology researchers tend to take a critical, wide-ranging methodological approach to the inquiry of optimal human functioning. The use of diverse epistemological research designs qualitative designs (Hefferon, Ashfield, Waters & Synard, 2017) is more widely accepted in Europe, however this trend is becoming more approachable across the globe.
